On this web page, we present some additional plots beyond what is in the paper.

To evaluate the efficacy of pileup removal routines, we can look at the 2D distributions of an observable using just the particles from the leading vertex (truth information), and that observable after pileup is added and removed. Here are some distributions for various methods.
